Make ride pickup specific
Use a mapped pickup point, terminal number or hotel entrance. Save the Chinese destination text and compare the vehicle plate before boarding. DiDi supports foreign mobile numbers and international cards subject to current checks.
Keep a station buffer
Large stations have security, multiple halls and gates. Arrive early, read the station name carefully, and watch the departure board for the gate and boarding time.
